We have a few guidelines that must be followed prior to the
installation of your door and/or opener.
This is not only for the protection of your property,
but also for the safety of the installer.

• Driveway must be cleared to allow for the removal of existing door.
• All vehicles must be removed from the garage.
• Clear garage from entrance back to the end of the track. Both sides of the track must also be cleared to allow room to build door inside of the garage.
• Please remove any breakable items if you have shelving along the sides.
• If you are having a new opener installed please note: Electrical cords are only 3 feet long, and it is the homeowner's responsibility to provide an outlet for electricity.
• Please remove vehicles prior to opener installation.
